💰 up to 65k€ + Equity

You'll be designing, building and maintaining Marble's backend services, from our REST API to our open-source libraries.

• Own backend features end to end, from design to production, including our open-source tools and libraries.
• Build for observability and scalability, the pragmatic way: you operate what you ship.
• Play a key role in shaping our technical culture as an early member of the team.

🟣 You

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• 2-6+ years of backend engineering experience, with real technical leadership, not just longevity at one company.
• Demonstrated ownership on a complex feature, and you operate what you ship, not just build it.
• A pragmatic relationship with AI: you can code without it, and use AI agents to move faster, without delegating the decisions that matter.
