🟣 The role

💰 45k–60k€ + Equity

You'll be taking ownership of our customers after contract signature, from integration to their first months of use, and beyond.

• Coordinate onboarding and integration, helping technical teams connect, map and validate their data.
• Train compliance teams on Marble's workflows and AI agents, and troubleshoot issues as they come up.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to help us remove blockers and improve Marble.

🟣 You

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• 2-4 years in a customer-facing technical role: implementation, technical support, customer success, or similar.
• Real technical ease: APIs, data models, data pipelines, relational databases, or BI tools.
• You can make a non-technical client genuinely autonomous on a technical product.
