🟣 The role

💰 45k–58k€ + Equity

You'll be the founders' right hand as we roughly double the team by the end of the year.

• Track billing, revenue and budgets, and help prepare clear reporting for our investors.
• Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market projects and keep the team's rituals running as we scale.
• Help run our hiring pipelines, and pick up whatever else moves the needle.

🟣 You

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• 1–4 years of experience in a demanding environment: consulting, VC/finance, or an operating role in a startup.
• Real ownership: you spot what's missing and fix it without being asked.
• Comfortable with numbers: you can read a P&L, follow a budget, and build simple financial views.
