🟣 The role

💰 60k-85k€ + 15% variable + Equity

You'll be Marble's first partnerships hire, building the function from the ground up.

• Define what partnerships mean at Marble: which partners, which model, which offers.
• Identify the key partners in our ecosystem (integrators, consulting firms, complementary tech vendors) and build strong relationships with them.
• Enable partners to sell and deploy Marble: training, materials, joint offers.
• Run the partner pipeline and track what it brings in.
• Hand over to our Account Executives when a specific deal needs them, and stay in the loop.
• Work closely with our founders, sales and marketing teams.

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• 5 to 8 years in partnerships, with partners working in financial services (banks, fintechs, credit, payments, regtech...).
