🟣 The role

💰 45k-60k€ + Equity

You'll run every client implementation from kickoff to go-live, and own support once they're live.

You'll join the Go-To-Market team (6 people, mostly senior), reporting to Arnaud (CEO).

• Run implementation projects end to end: kickoff, timeline, data integration with the client's tech team, configuration and go-live.
• Own support: be the first point of contact for client questions and issues, solve what you can, and escalate the rest to Engineering with clear context.
• Build the playbooks: implementation process, support workflows and documentation, so every new client goes live faster.
• Bring what you see on the ground to Product and Engineering to help us improve Marble.

🟣 You

• Fluent in English, non-negotiable.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, non-negotiable.
• 3-5 years in implementation, onboarding, technical support or professional services.
